Peters (Bronx) VAMC, NY, intends to award a Firm Fixed Price sole source contract to SUN NUCLEAR CORP. under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i)- Only One Source Reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreement, brand name or industrial mobilization) for the Bronx VAMC, for a follow-on requirement to purchase the ArcCHECK detector to complete the requirement for the radiation oncology services.
