PRESOLICITATION NOTICE 36A77620Q0169 Omaha Activation Pkg. 24 Ultrasound Multipurpose The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Nebraska-Western Iowa Healthcare System (VA NWIHCS) has a requirement for a ultrasound multipurpose machine Brand Name or Equal as part of the initial outfitting of the newly constructed Ambulatory Care Center (ACC) This notice serves as the synopsis of the contract action in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.102(a)(6), FAR 5.201, FAR 13.105, and FAR 13.106-1(b). The solicitation will be issued as an oral Request for Quotes (RFQ) set-aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(c)(1) and the final Statement of Work (SOW).
