This is a Source Sought Notice only. This notice is for market research purposes only to identify businesses capable of providing a requirement. This is not a solicitation. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract. A solicitation/quote will not receive a response. The Government will not pay nor reimburse any costs for preparing this response.
This notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified businesses and their Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification in relation to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 339113, Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing with an associated size standard of 800 employees. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, is seeking interested sources to provide Vascular Coils manufactured by Penumbra as consignment agreement under an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract for a base of twelve months and four-twelve-month options. If your business can meet or exceed the requirement, please provide a capability statement. The capability statement shall be limited to no more than two pages and must clearly state the following: Capability in industry to manufacture or provide the required Vascular Coil (Penumbra). Offerors who cannot provide historical information from their company regarding the outlined attachment or similar scope and scale should provide corresponding information to show how the company would meet the VA medical facility requirements. This information should provide level of confidence in the Government that an offeror would meet or exceed the delivery requirements to provide the required product.
