Full Description

INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO4) intends to sole source a contract for services of Zeiss Image and Data Management System Software at the Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center, 1111 E End Blvd, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18711. All work is to be completed in accordance with statement of work and schedule. This sole source contract will be solicited and negotiated with PROAIM Americas LLC, 16024 Manchester Road, Ste 200, Saint Louis, MO 63011 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only One Source. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334510. The Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard is 1250. No solicitation will be made available. This is not a request for quotations (RFQ). All information submitted for Contracting s review shall be provided at no cost or obligation to the Government. Disclaimer and Important Notes: This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in response. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate.
