Motorized Floor Care Scrubber Machine Harry S. Truman Veteran's Medical Center (HSTVMC) Environmental Management Service (EMS) department needs to replace outdated and out of life cycle floor scrubbing equipment. The HSTVMC is comprised of 690,000 square feet of cleanable floor space, to accommodate this size the use of motorized floor care machines is recommended. Contractor shall provide a machine that meets the following salient requirements: The Scrubber shall have a power rating of at least 3hp The scrubbing path and pad driver shall be 20 inches in width Utilize REV method of deck movement Chariot style ride on scrubber Useable in both Manual and Autonomous modes Capable of traversing a 10% gradient Have an operating speed of 2.4 mph dBA output of no greater than 67 dBA 255AH/5 24V electrical battery specification Have an On-Board Charger Have a turning radius of no more than 64 inches Contractor shall provide comprehensive training on the operation and use of the Floor scrubber to include: PM checks Filling and starting of Chariot Use and operating time Emptying and cleaning of Chariot Charging the machine after use
