Network 23 Contracting Office anticipates awarding a sole source procurement to ARJO, Inc. NAICS Code 339113, Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing, with a size standard of 750 employees will be utilized. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 due to direct replacement parts/updating components from one source that are needed for this procurement. No solicitation will be issued. A determination not to compete this proposed contract is based solely within the discretion of the Government.
