SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS Powered Clinical Recliner for VA Long Beach Healthcare System EER / SEPG
Three (3) standard powered clinical recliners
All units must meet or exceed the following salient characteristics:
Functional Requirements: - Powered recline controlled by handset, allowing full upright to full recline and intermediate positions - Trendelenburg positioning capability - Integrated heat and heat-with-massage functionality - Powered seat height adjustment (where applicable) - USB charging port for patient use
Transfer & Mobility: - Compatible with Safe Patient Handling & Mobility (SPHM) equipment (ceiling lifts, floor lifts, etc.) - Swing-away arms (180 degrees) for safe lateral transfers - Quick-release/removable arm tops - Four locking casters (total lock + directional) with integrated push handle
