Solicitation number is issued as aÂ request for quotation (RFQ) for BRAND NAME Stryker SmartPump Tourniquet Systems (8 each), specifically: 5920-011-000 SmartPump Dual Channel 5920-013-000 SmartPump Rolling Stand. This acquisitionÂ isÂ set-aside for SDVOSB concerns.
