2. Identify if your organization is the manufacturer of the requested supplies. If you are not the manufacturer, identify the manufacturer of the supplies that you will provide, their socio-economic category and a letter showing that your organization is an authorized distributor for the requested supplies.Â

4. State whether any of the requested supplies may be ordered against a government contract awarded to your organization (e.g Federal Supply Schedule (FSS), General Services Administration (GSA), etc.).

STATEMENT OF WORK Minneapolis VAHCS Motion Analysis Cameras and Software
GENERAL INFORMATION
Procure new Motion Analysis Cameras to enhance current clinical gait analysis and assessments within the prosthetics department, along with other departments within the hospital.
SCOPE The Minneapolis Veterans Affairs Health Care System (MVAHCS) has a need to update its current motion capture cameras and software. MVAHCS, is requesting the procurement of equipment to provide faster, more in-depth gait analysis. The current camera system although effective is also too time consuming to be utilized during clinical sessions, where we only have a few minutes with the patients. The new system and software will speed up the motion capture process, which will an improved Veteran experience during the gait analysis patient visits. The new software is required to run the new camera system and will also serve as an upgrade for our current motion analysis system. The cameras shall be installed in the same space as the previous cameras and work in conjunction with the current system and capabilities.
