The Denver Logistics Center (DLC) will host an Industry Day from June 13 to 15, 2023, aimed at companies offering commercially available FDA-approved hearing aids. This event provides an opportunity for industry partners to present their products directly to the Department of Veterans Affairs, facilitating potential future procurement to enhance veteran care. The event will take place at the Denver Logistics Center, located at 555 Corporate Circle, Golden, Colorado, and will utilize the DLC’s training and conference rooms, equipped with Wi-Fi and projection capabilities to support presentations. Attendees are required to provide a list in advance for building access, as the facility is secured 24/7 without onsite security personnel. A designated point of contact from each attending group should be available daily to manage entry and sign-in processes. While the DLC does not offer a canteen, vending machines and a Keurig coffee machine are available, with several nearby dining options and a larger shopping area a few miles away. Parking for the conference is designated in the North-East Parking Lot. The contracting officer for this event is Connie J. Gordon, reachable via email and phone, who oversees coordination and inquiries related to the Industry Day.
