The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 on behalf of Hampton VAMC is conducting Market Research through this SOURCES SOUGHT notice to help determine the availability of qualified SDVOSB Businesses, capable of supplying a UV-C Pass Through Disinfecting Station to 100 Emancipation Dr, Hampton VA, 23667. This is a Brand Name or Equal acquisition. Information collected during this Sources Sought may be used in a set aside. If a solicitation is issued, the Government will do so in accordance with Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-02, effective 01/22/2024. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number is 339113. The NAICS size is 800 Employees. Any contractor that believes they are capable and desires to claim preference for veteran owned small business status must be registered with the VIP at veterans.certify.sba.gov. Contractors that deem themselves capable of meeting the requirement shall provide the below information to, Contract Specialist Charlsi Brooker at contact@example.gov no-later-than Monday, February 20th, 2026, at 10:00AM, EST, referencing 36C24626Q0288, UV-C Pass Through Disinfecting Station. Responses shall include: (1) Business Name and Address, (2) DUNS and UEI; (3) Is your company interested in providing a Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) quote or Open Market? Include GSA/FSS/NAC Contract Number, if applicable; (4) Point of Contact Name, Phone Number and E-mail Address; (5) SAM # and NAICS code; (6) Business Size SMALL or LARGE; (7) Type of Business: service-disabled veteran owned, veteran owned small business, 8a, HUBZone, woman-owned, etc. Contractor must be registered with https://www.sam.gov.
