BRIEF SCOPE OF WORK (This is for information Only)
Description Seeking diagnostic equipment to perform vascular examinations in our vascular lab. Machine must be able to perform all the following vascular exams: ABIs with Doppler or PPG Segmental Pressures Post Exercise ABIs & PVRs Doppler Waveforms Pulse Volume Recording PVR Waveforms PPG Digit Waveforms TBI, DBI Toe Pressures Venous Reflux & VC/MVO Waveforms Allen s / Palmer Arch Compression

Scope of Work The vendor will deliver the equipment with standard accessories and additional purchased accessories to the ultrasound department at the George E Wahlen Medical Center in Salt Lake City, UT. The vendor will assemble the system and install all equipment included in the purchase. The vendor will work with our PACS, IT and biomed department to ensure security/privacy of patient information and proper transmission of imaging to the VASLC PACS. The vendor will also be responsible for any training and tutorials on how to properly use the system on the delivery date.
Items to be purchased. *Monitor must be touch-screen to be compliant with infection control. *Equipment must come on designated cart with storage for all accessories. *Requesting machine/cart with most ergonomic features to reduce bodily injury to technologist and smallest footprint as space is limited in our exam rooms. *Must include printer. *Must include all accessories to perform exams: Doppler probes of 5MHz and 8MHz, PPG sensors with digit clips, temperature gun, pressure cuff sets of appropriate size (i.e. 6x SC-10 blood pressure cuff, 2x 2.5 digit pressure cuff, 4x SC-12 blood pressure cuff, 2x each SC-12L blood pressure cuff long) and automatic cuff inflator with hose attachments. *Requesting a sealed backlit keyboard to be compliant with infection control and ease of use when working in a low-lit environment. Battery powered option preferred for portable exams. *On-site installation and in-service training required. *Must be DICOM/PACS compatible. The product will be delivered to the following location:
