This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 36C25726Q0537.  This acquisition is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-27 effective May 7, 2026. The associated North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 339114 with an Owned Small Business (SB) of 750 employees. This acquisition is solicited as a 100% set-aside for Small Business (SB). In order to streamline the process, the Government will review the lowest price quote first to determine if the quote is acceptable and conforms to the solicitation requirements. If the quote is deemed unacceptable, the next lowest price quote will be reviewed. The process will be repeated until the government determines a quote is acceptable.
