Network Contracting Office (NCO) 4, Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a firm-fixed price sole source purchase order with Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) business manufacturer, Integrated Medical Technologies, Inc (IMT) under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) Soliciting from a Single Source, as no other supplies will satisfy the Agency s requirement. A copy of the approved Justification and Approval is attached to this notice. The proposed procurement is for the purchase of Brand Name Only IMT DP-1000 Phantom for the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System. This equipment will replace IMT DP-1000 Phantom equipment that has met its end of life cycle, currently in their IMT Phantom inventory. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334519 and the size standard is 500 employees. This notice satisfies the requirement at FAR 5.201(b)(1), to publicize the proposed contract action. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes and no solicitation will be made available. Any responses received will only be considered for the purposes of determining the marketplace for future procurements. The Government will not pay for information submitted. Inquiries will only be accepted via email to contact@example.gov. Responses Due by 5:00 PM (EST) on June 10, 2021.
