Requirements Order is for Emergency 4' Benchtop Horizontal Laminar Flow Workstation, Type 304 Stainless Steel Construction for Pharmacy Service at the James J Peters Bronx VAMC. Market research was conducted and determined that GERMFREE LABORATORIES INC. is the only vendor capable of providing supplies necessary that meet the requirements off the Pharmacy Service which must be compliant with VHA directive 1108.12, USP 797 standards and FDA requirements. The vendor is required to deliver and install: 4' Benchtop Horizontal Laminar Flow Workstation, Type 304 Stainless Steel Construction, Includes External Fluorescent Lighting, Stainless Steel Framed Acrylic Panels for Maximum Visibility, Spill guard to Protect HEPA Filter, Cleanroom-Compliant Prefilter increases the life of the HEPA Filter while reducing particulates inside the cleanroom. Overall Dimensions: 49" W x 34" D x 49-1/2"H Work Area Dimensions: 46" W x 22" D x 34" H With the follow accessories: Stainless Steel I.V.
