Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, and supervision repainting of  the water tower at the Saginaw VA Medical Center. Exterior is to be washed and overcoated, VA logo is to be updated. Interior coating is to be “full blasted” and recoated. Interior dry riser is to be spot repaired and touch ups as necessary.
