The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Roche Diagnostic Corp. 9115 Hague Road, P.O. Box 50457, Indianapolis, IN 46250-0457: UIE: JDMDFEZBYH36. The purpose of this acquisition is to obtain ROCHE COBAS CPT, for backup equipment, reagents and testing supplies. POP will be 11/7/23 11/6/26 and FOB destination. Roche Diagnostic Corp is the only contractor that can provide the ROCHE COBAS 5800 for a backup analyzer along with the sole distributor for all reagents and consumables, this acquisition will not be competed. Since the intent is to procure this on a sole source basis, no solicitation will be posted to Contract Opportunities SAM.gov. The NAICS is 325413. The size standard is 1,250 employees.
