Full Description
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment to prepare the site identified on St. Cloud VA Medical Center campus, 4801 Veterans Dr, St. Cloud, MN 56303 for the installation of additional data drops, power outlets and equipment bracing for equipment deployment of the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
Provide and install normal and emergency power outlets, data drops, and required equipment bracing to support EHR equipment deployment on the St. Cloud VA campus as shown and described in the project drawings and specifications.
- The Offeror shall include a Contract Line-Item Number (CLIN) for each of the following items:
- Ten (10) additional data drops, including basic pathway installation.
- Five (5) additional generic normal power outlets.
- Five (5) additional generic emergency power outlets.
These items may be coordinated by the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) as necessary, to address any additional needs identified by the St. Cloud VAMC to complete DDPO 2.0. Period of Performance is 90 calendars after Notice to Proceed (NTP).
