Saint Louis City, Missouri VA Medical Center Project 657-27-208JC - Renovate 8B for Right-Sized Administrative Space

The responding interested offerors are requested to provide procurement capabilities from licensed professional architects and engineers currently registered in the state of Missouri or in a state of which Missouri has recognized the engineering license. The specific disciplines which will be evaluated are Architects, Civil Engineer, Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Structural Engineers, Industrial Hygienists, Estimators, CAD operators, Project Managers, LEED Consultant, Fire Protection Engineer, and Interior Designer at the medical center.


Synopsis: Please note that this is NOT a request for quotes or proposals, the Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15 of the Department of Veterans Affairs is currently conducting a market survey for qualified firms to design renovate approximately 7,000SF of John Cochran Building 1, 8th Floor, B Section to appropriate and right-size administrative spaces for various services. Responses to this notice must be submitted in writing (email) and must be received no later than October 16, 2026, at 2:00PM CST. Email: gislaine.dorvil@va.gov. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Interested parties MUST provide company/individual name, address and a capability statement. Project magnitude is anticipated between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. (VAAR 836.204) Potential Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for an award https://www.sam.gov/SAM/pages/public/index.jsf Potential Offerors must also have a current Online Representations and Certification Application on file with SAM. Description of Project 657-27-208JC - Renovate 8B for Right-Sized Administrative Space at the Saint Louis City, MO VAMC, John Cochran Division. This project will design additional space to include surrounding offices and storage on the north, south, and west sides of A-Bank elevators. This space will include a new architectural floor plan and includes an open plan for residents and nonsupervisory personnel, and limited private offices for service leadership. Renovations include new architectural floor plans, HVAC systems, hazardous material removal, and other utilities as needed to complete the intended Scope of Work. Pre-proposal is estimated to be published on SAM.GOV on or after October 19, 2026.


The site visit will be clarified in the solicitation. Interested bidders are highly encouraged to attend. Period of performance is expected to be approximately 240 calendar days.
