Subject: The Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting market research in order to provide a service agreement for the Hershel Woody Williams.VA Medical Center. The government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price award contract that will provide a service agreement for Chemdaq Monitoring Systems see below attachment. OBJECTIVE: See attachment. The sensors monitor Hydrogen Peroxide, and Peracetic Acid. The monitoring system is ChemDaq and the sensors are ST1-PSXP1 for PAA and ST1-HSXP1 for H2o2. Vendor will calibrate the sensor modules under laboratory conditions prior to shipment to the customer site, via UPS. Vendor will furnish all Calibration Certificates for our records. Vendor will pay for the return shipment for used Sensors.
