The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Natick Contracting Division on behalf of the U.S. Army Natick Soldier RD&E Center (NSRDEC) intends to award a firm fixed price contract under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) only one responsible source to Eppendorf North America, Hauppauge, NY for DASGIP Parallel Bioreactor component upgrades and database modification. This contractor has proprietary ownership of the database software with this equipment and possesses unique knowledge necessary for the successful completion of this upgrade.
