Request for Quote: Quadrans G2 IMO Grade Gyrocompass & Attitude Reference System
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.
The solicitation number is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) 140G0326Q0135.
This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at https://www.acquisition.gov/far-overhaul/far-part-deviation-guide.
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01 dated 03/13/2026.
***Items offered must meet or exceed the technical specifications. Interested parties shall submit sufficient documentation and explain how offerings meet, exceed, or differ from each Salient Characteristic for the USGS to evaluate in order to determine technical acceptability of their offer. Merely providing technical specifications without direct comparison is insufficient for evaluation. An addendum may be included with submittal. Failure to provide the requested information may result in removal from the award consideration.***

When the offeror provides equipment pursuant to this contract, the offeror shall ensure the ICT fully conforms to the applicable Revised 508 Standards.
USGS is tax-exempt.
