Potential contractors who are not already approved sources must submit detailed information as outlined in the NAVSUP Source Approval Brochure alongside their proposals for consideration. The contract's initial induction period for repair is 365 calendar days from the award date, with a possible extension of an additional 365 days, allowing unused induction slots in the first year to carry over. Pricing proposals must include option pricing for up to 10 units over the contract period, reflecting any price changes after the first year. The government reserves the right to order any quantity of units up to the maximum specified, and contract value estimations will be based on the highest unit price multiplied by the maximum quantity.
