Corpus Christi Army Depot Contracting Office intends to award a contract for a Helicopter Blade De-Icer Tester at the Corpus Christi Army Depot, TX. Negotiations to be conducted solely with DIT-MCO International due to the existence of proprietary information. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotations by July 9, 2013. This announcement is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all proposals received by the closing date will be considered by the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
