66--Intent to negotiate sole source contract with Laser Techniques Company.

Sole Source. The United States Army Contracting Agency  Southern Region, Yuma Directorate, Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Arizona, intends to negotiate a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis with Laser Technique Company (LTC), LLC, 14508 NE 20th St., Bellevue, WA, 98007. This contract will be for a laser micromap sensor kit for 25-30mm cannon gun tubes, which must be compatible with existing LTC software and hardware equipment being used at YPG. LTC is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and holds proprietary data rights on the existing system being used at YPG. Award of this requirement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Interested persons may identify their in terest and capability to respond to the requirements or submit proposals. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. If you feel that your firm possesses the ability to provide these services, then you must respond by 22 June 2006, 1 2:00 PM MST.
