The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to award on a sole source basis a Purchase Order to BioSystematica. The purchase order is required for BioNumerics upgrade to v3.5, User network license (from 5 up to 7) and BioNumerics Server Software. The authority for this sole source procurement is FAR Part 6.302-1 (a)(ii)(B). BioSystematica is the only known source that can provide the required supplies.
