99 -- Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source-UNAL

The USDA Forest Service intends to make a sole source award to GDC Integration, a small business located in Belleville, Illinois, to support planned systems enhancements related to the Dashboard life cycle. This assistance will continue until the Dashboard's functions are replaced by the USDA/OPM e-government initiative for enterprise human resources integration (EHRI). The procurement will be made through other than full and open competition as authorized under FAR 6.302. This notice serves only as an announcement and does not constitute a solicitation or invitation for proposals, nor will any contracts be awarded based on responses to this notice. The Government retains discretion in deciding not to compete this procurement, and any responses submitted must provide clear and convincing evidence demonstrating that competitive procurement would be more beneficial in future acquisitions. All inquiries or concerns must be submitted in writing to the USDA Forest Service office in Arlington, Virginia.
