66--Notice of Intent for Time Lapse Cables

In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Part 6.302-1, the US Environmental Protection Agency, Center for Environmental Solutions & Emergency Response, Groundwater Characterization & Remediation Division (GCRD) located in Ada, Oklahoma, intends to award a fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to Advanced Geosciences, Inc. for the purpose of ordering custom time lapse cables. Advance Geosciences, Inc. is the manufacture and sole distributor of the Government owned AGI SuperSting R8 system and the requested cables must coordinate, connect, and interface with the existing system. This announcement constitutes the only synopsis for this requirement; and is issued for notification purposes only. No known potential alternate sources exist which could satisfy GCRD's requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for quote/proposal. Any interested party that believes it is capable of meeting the GCRD requirement described herein may identify themselves and must provide evidence of their capability to fulfill the requirement being requested by 4:00PM CT on July 6th, 2020. Responses must be submitted in writing to contact@example.gov no later than the time and date noted above. Telephone responses and requests will not be accepted. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 334519 and the business size standard is 500 employees.
