This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The US Army Communications Electronics Command (CECOM) Acquisition Center Washington intends to award a sole source purchase order to FLIR Systems, Inc. for one (1) each Merlin Bolometer w/25 mm lens, Part #414-0061-00 and one (2) each Bayonet Mount Opti cal Interface, 50mm InSb lens, f/2.3, Si:Ge, Part #322-0007-03. This camera will be used for advanced super-resolution IR imaging ensor measurements research.. Delivery is 30 days from date of award or sooner. All offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration in accordance with FAR 52.204-7 and DFARS 252.204-7004. This announcement is a combined announcement/RFQ in accordance with FAR Part 12.5. Responses should be no longer than 10 pages. In addition, responses shall include a complete set of commercial Certifications and Representations as set forth in FAR 52.212-3.
