Phone +1 (555) 000-0000 Email: contact@example.gov This is a special notice stating a Firm-Fixed-Price contract is awarded to Vaisala Incorporated, 194 South Taylor Avenue, Louisville, Colorado, 80027 in purchasing Radiosondes (Model #RS92 SGPD). The Government has Vaisala's proprietary atmospheric sounding station, MW21 and MW31. The Radiosondes (sondes) must be compatible and work with the proprietary electronics developed by Vaisala Inc. to include sensors for temperature, humidity, pressure and internal circuits. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. An award is expected to be made to Vaisala, Incorporated. This is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government may consider all responses received during the three (3) days of this posting. Written responses to this synopsis shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement. Such capabilities information will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis for future requirements. No solicitation will be made available and all information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government.
