This is a request for information (RFI) only. The EPA makes no guarantee that a solicitation or award will result from this RFI. The purpose of this RFI is for market research purposes only.

EPA is seeking information from vendors that can sell a benchtop NMR capable of measuring the hydrogen content of petroleum products in accordance with ASTM D7171. In addition the instrument shall have the option of adding additional probes as described below.

Specifications:

This Sources Sought is seeking authorized American products that meets or exceeds the above specifications.
