This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) W911W5-12-T-0008 and is also pursuant to FAR Part 13. Submit only written quotes; oral quotes will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) http://www.bpn.gov/. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business under NAICS code 334517 and an SBA Size Standard of 500 employees. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-59. This RFQ is for the brand name item listed below. The brand name justification is available upon request. This RFQ is for new equipment only, covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Delivery must be FOB destination. The Quoter shall specify the number of calendar days for delivery after receipt of order. Item 0001- ScanX Scout battery powered computed Radiography System with software, XRS-3 Heavy Duty Generator, ruggedized laptop, hard case, 2 each 14 X 17 inch image plates, 1 each 14 X 36 inch image plate and flexible holders.
