FA8307-11-R-1053 Mixed Signal Oscilloscope ACQUISITION DESCRIPTION NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION (NOPCA). THIS IS A REQUEST FOR A BRAND NAME COMPETITIVE QUOTE (RFQ). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6 current through FAC 2005-53 and DFAR 212-3 current through DPN 20110 725 dated 25 July 2011and is supplemented with additional information included in this notice. FA8307-10-R-1053 is issued as a Brand Name Request for Quote (RFQ), under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), FAR Part 13. This acquisition is a small business set aside, the Government contemplates an award of a Firm Fixed Priced purchase order contract resulting from this solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334519 (other measuring and controlling device manufacturing). This requirement is for the following items: Tektronix 6GHz Mixed Signal Oscilloscope; 1 each P/N MSO70604 to include the following:Signal Essential 1 each, P/N MSO70604SVERepair Service 3 yr. warranty, 1 each, P/N MSO70604GSA R3Tekconnect BNC Adapter & Connector 4 each, P/N TCA -BNC Amplifier Buffer, P/N TCA-1 MEG 2 each Spectrum Analyzer (6GHz) 1 each: P/N SA2600 to include the following: Repair 3 yr. warranty, 1 each SA2600C3Battery Charger, 1 each, P/N, 119603000: Power Adapter 1 each, P/N119602800Protective Cover 1 each P/N 16188200: Battery, 1 each, P/N 146015101 The end product shall be delivered No Later Than (NLT) 8 weeks after receipt of order. This combined synopsis/solicitation is a request for competitive quotation. The Government will award a single purchase order contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible offeror whose offer represents the lowest price. An offeror shall complete only paragraphs (b) of this provision if the offeror has completed the annual representations and certificates electronically at http://orca.bpn.gov . If an Offeror has not completed the annual representations and certifications electronically at the ORCA website, the Offeror shall complete only paragraphs (c) through (o) of this provision.DFAR 252.211-7003- Item Identification and Valuation ( UID) CCR Registration: prospective awardees shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award.
