The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 4 intends to establish a firm-fixed price, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract for the supply of name-brand Illucix and Netspot radiopharmaceuticals. The contract will serve the Lebanon and Pittsburgh VA Medical Centers for a period of performance from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2031. The contractor must maintain all required NRC, FDA, and DOT licenses and certifications, ensuring the delivery of ready-to-use unit doses in lead-shielded containers. Requirements include barcode compatibility with existing nuclear medicine information management systems, adherence to HIPAA regulations, and the ability to provide emergency deliveries outside of normal business hours.
