Combined Synopsis/Solicitation RFQ RFQ No.: 36C24726Q0682 Title: Laboratory Rodent Caging and Rack Air Handling Equipment Agency: Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 07 Type: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items Set Aside: Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set Aside NAICS: 339999 All Other Miscellaneous Manufacturing PSC: 6640 Laboratory Equipment and Supplies This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12.603 and using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued.
1. Solicitation Overview The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO 07), is seeking quotes from SDVOSB certified vendors authorized by Tecniplast USA to provide rodent caging and associated components listed in the CLIN structure below. Vendors must supply genuine OEM Tecniplast products and must include proof of OEM authorization with the quote. This procurement is posted as a competitive SDVOSB set aside following a vendor response to a previously posted Notice of Intent to Sole Source.
2. Requirement Description The VA requires Tecniplast compatible cage bodies, lids, tops, wheels, adapters, and air handling units to support animal housing operations at (insert VA facility).
