This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as unrestricted. The solicitation number 36C25727Q0004 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-007. The vendor must be registered for NAICS 334516 in SAM to be eligible for award. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) and Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSBs) interested in responding to this solicitation must be registered as an SDVOSB or VOSB in SBA.gov.
