This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.202, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as unrestricted. The solicitation number 36C25727Q0004 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-007. The vendor must be registered for NAICS 334516 in SAM to be eligible for award. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) and Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSBs) interested in responding to this solicitation must be registered as an SDVOSB or VOSB in SBA.gov. See attached solicitation document for more information. Late quotes or documentation may be accepted if advantageous to the Government.
