This is a notice of the intent, not a request for quotes. Pursuant to the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) and General Services Acquisition Regulations (GSAR) posting requirements, The Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) on behalf of Veterans Integrated Services Network (VISN) 02 Upstate Medical Centers intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) sole source bridge award to Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics, Inc. The Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA), VISN 02 upstate medical centers require a bridge contract to ensure the continuity of chemistry and immunochemistry FSC Group 66 Cost-Per-Reportable-Result (CPRR) testing that are essential to patient care.
