RFQ 36C24222Q0126 Special Notice: NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 2, Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a Firm-Fixed Price sole source purchase order with Trilla Med for the purpose of acquiring GE Stress Echo/w treadmill. Canandaigua VAMC, NY The Government intends to negotiate solely with Trilla Med per FAR 13.106-1(b), as no other source of supplies will satisfy agency requirements. Trilla Med is a unique source and is the sole distributor for the GE Stress Echo w/treadmill system is capable of fulfilling the Government s needs. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334510 and the size standard is 1,000 employees. Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing, electrocardiographs, and electromedical endoscopic equipment. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. The Government will not pay for information submitted. Inquiries will only be accepted via email to contact@example.gov and will consider responses received by 10 am Eastern Standard Time on November 20, 2021. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
