The primary site of performance is the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center in Aurora, Colorado, specifically within the KS-100 SCMS Warehouse. Quotes are due by 14:00 MT on October 30, 2026. Pricing must be comprehensive, including all initial hardware, installation, and implementation costs within the original quote, though the government accepts a higher base-year price to account for these non-recurring expenses. Technical support is required to align with warehouse operating hours of 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Award will be based on a comparative analysis of technical capability, price, and past performance, with a strict requirement that offerors be VetCert verified to be eligible for award.
