This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; propos als are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. We have a requirement for a compact versatile SWIR camera for use out in the field and in the laboratory. The camera needs to have the following features: 1.) Spectral sensitivity 0.7- 1.8 um response, 2.) Analog (NTSC) output, 3.) RS232 or Firewire connectivity, 4.) C mount lens interface, 5.) Compact size, light weight, 6.) Software controllable for laboratory use, 7.) Beam diagnostic and analysis software package availability for use with the camera.
