67--Intent to negotiate sole source contract with NAC Image Technology.

Sole Source. The United States Army Contracting Agency  Southern Region, Yuma Directorate, Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Arizona, intends to negotiate a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis with NTSC International Corp. dba NAC Image Tec hnology, 15 McCoy Place, Simi Valley, CA, 93065-2900. This contract will be for the following items: Line Item 0001, 2 Each, Part #4H0778-3, VCR for NAC HSC-500C3, Line Item 0002, 2 Each, Part #4H0596-3, Power Supply. NAC is the original equipment manufact urer (OEM) of the above listed items. These items are replacement parts and must be compatible in form, fit and function with existing NAC equipment currently in use at USAYPG. In order to protect proprietary information and prevent the unintentional relea sing of guarded information all interested firms must conduct their own research regarding the specifications of the above listed items. Award of this requirement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Comm ercial Items. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements or submit proposals. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. If you feel that your firm possesses the ability to provide th ese services, then you must respond by 01 June 2006, 12:00 PM MST.
