The Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division is seeking a Firm Fixed Price supply contract under Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the repair of equipment and the procurement of a digital monochrome camera. The Navy intends to award this as a sole source procurement to Photometrics Inc. and its distributors due to a lack of available technical specifications and the prohibitive cost and time required for reverse engineering. While the government intends to negotiate with a single source, other offerors may submit quotes for review. The contract consists of two line items: repair services with a four-week delivery window and the delivery of a digital monochrome camera within eight weeks. All items must be delivered FOB Destination to NSWC Crane, Indiana. Interested vendors must be registered in the System for Awards Management to be eligible for award. All quotes must be submitted by September 19, 2012, at 4:00 P.M. EDT.
