3. Purpose & Description
The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Western Region, Hopi Agency, located in Keams Canyon, AZ, is conducting market research to identify qualified Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) that are capable of providing Propane Delivery Services to support agency operations and BIA managed facilities.
Propane services are essential for heating, facility operations, and mission continuity across multiple agency buildings, residences, and remote sites.
Required Services Include (but are not limited to):
• Bulk propane delivery to agency buildings and remote locations
• Filling and refilling existing storage tanks
• Emergency/rapid response deliveries as needed
