68 Willow Road Project

The 68 Willow Road Project, managed by the City of Menlo Park under solicitation SCH 2026051163, involves the demolition of a 27,000-square-foot office building and associated parking and landscaping on a 2.5-acre site. In its place, the project will construct eight three-story residential buildings totaling 50 for-sale townhome units, comprising approximately 121,252 square feet of new development. The project includes a major subdivision of the lot into 50 condominium parcels and one common area parcel. Eight of these units are designated as Below Market Rate for households earning up to 120 percent area median income for purchase or 80 percent for rent.
