The National Science Foundation (NSF) Policy Office intends to issue a Competitive Firm-Fixed-Price contract for an Electronic Suite of NSF Policy Office Guidance Documents. These are NSF policy and procedural documents that relate to the Foundation's proposal and award process; and provide vital information for use by offerors and NSF awardees. These documents are all available electronically on the NSF website. To make these tools more accessible as well as to create a basic understanding of their function for minority-serving institutions and non-traditional NSF awardee organizations the Policy Office will create a CD-ROM, or - electronic suite of relevant guidance, documents, and available outreach. While the ultimate goal will be to produce materials that are representative of the totality of public interaction undertaken by the Office of Budget, Finance and Award Management, this first-generation project intends to focus specifically on NSF's major policy and procedural documents related to the proposal and award process. This synopsis is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government or as a Request for Proposal. No contract will be awarded resultant of this notice.
