In paragraph 2 the Special Notice provided a no later than date and time for submission of questions and comments. The date was mistakenly documented as 16 December 2014. The notice is hereby amended to correct the error as follows: Questions and comments from prospective Offerors pertaining to the WTCS draft RFP documentation are requested to be sent to the POCs listed at paragraph 2 no later than 3:30 PM on 16 January 2015. Please note that several draft RFP documents were posted twice due to issues associated with naming conventions for attachments posting to the Army Single Face to Industry system. Where duplicate copies were attached the documents themselves are identical.
