AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on September 28, 2022 by 1400 EDT. All bids submitted after 1400 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Title: Insulation Repair and Installation Services Location: Winnipeg, MB Nature of Requirements: The National Microbiology Laboratory Branch (NMLB) requires a Contractor to supply insulating materials and perform insulation repair and installation services at the Canadian Science Centre for Human and Animal Health (CSCHAH) as well as the JC Wilt Infectious Diseases Research Centre (JCWIDRC). The Scope of Work includes, but shall not be limited to, the provision, by the Contractor, of all labour, supervision, material and equipment necessary to complete the work and provide the services as detailed herein. It is anticipated that only 1 firm will be issued a standing offer. The standing offer will be issued for a term of three (3) years. If the Standing Offer is authorized for use beyond the initial period, the Offeror offers to extend its offer for 2 additional 1 year periods, under the same conditions and at the rates or prices specified in the Standing Offer. This procurement contains MANDATORY requirements. See Part 4 and 5 of the RFSO for details. There are security requirements associated with the requirement of the Standing Offer.
