GPA Environmental Group Inc. is seeking qualified subcontractors and suppliers, including certified MBE, WBE, and SDVOB firms, for the following SUNY College of Optometry project that we are currently bidding: Project Name: 6th Floor Dry Eye SuiteProject No: 010926SLocation: 33 West 42nd Street, New York, NY 10036Client: SUNY College of Optometry The project consists of renovating approximately 470 square feet on the occupied sixth floor to create one waiting room and three examination rooms. Work includes selective demolition, metal-stud and gypsum-board partitions, doors, cabinetry, countertops, ceilings, flooring, painting, plumbing, HVAC modifications, electrical work, and related finishes. This is a New York State Prevailing Wage project. Licensed electricians and plumbers are required for their respective trades. A licensed asbestos contractor will be required if asbestos abatement is performed.
