DISA/DITCO, intends to issue a sole source contract to Acucorp, Inc., 8515 Miralani Dr, San Diego, CA 92126-4352. This acquistion is for a renewal of Acucorp Software Licenses Upgrades to fix DIBS Oracle issues. The software licenses being maintained is proprietary and protected by copyright laws. No third party licenses and support is authorized. The statutory authority for other than full and open cometition is 10 USC 2304( c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed sofware license upgrades must complete the solicitation, HC1028-08-T-0033 available at http://www.fbo.gov/. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed-price purchase order. The NAICS code is 511210 for this procurement. The solicitation is not set aside for small businesses.
