70--Global Expeditionary Management Services (GEMS)

This contract focuses on providing comprehensive support and management services for the Oracle 11i e-Business suite, specifically targeting the Human Resources Modules, as well as the Deployment Readiness System (DRS) and related systems such as Augmentee Information Management Services (AIMS), Virtual In/Out Processing (vIOP), and the Production Acceptance Certification Standard System (PACSS). The scope encompasses the fielding, operation, and ongoing sustainment of these core operations, ensuring that critical business processes and readiness functions are maintained efficiently. The sustainment activities are structured into three distinct support levels: Level 1 involves Help Desk services to address immediate end-user issues; Level 2 covers more technical responsibilities including system administration, database administration, role assignment, user support, and data management tasks; and Level 3 focuses on supporting commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) products integrated within the suite. This multi-tiered approach ensures robust operational continuity and aligns technical expertise with user needs, thereby supporting seamless deployment readiness and human capital management functions within the organization.
